The Lesson (15) 29th February

The Lesson (15) 103 minutes

A revered author played by Richard E Grant hires an aspiring and ambitious Oxford graduate and aspiring writer to tutor his son. The young man has a front-row seat in the family's drama and is ensnared in a web of secrets, resentment, and retribution.

"A spicy, entertaining and erudite literary thriller about a master, a tutor and a family after loss. Grant is prickly and terrifying as the intellectual tyrant who is unafraid to crush anyone in his path. A tightly crafted film made by adults for adults." The Independent
